Pricing & Payments

  • For custom websites, my starting price is $990 for a standard 5 page website. Every project starts with a strategy where I help you clarify your messaging, organize your content, and create a site that’s easy to navigate. If your project has more than 5 pages or you’re interested in a refresh or website audit, check the Services page or reach out. We’ll figure out what works best for your practice.

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required to book your project.

  • Outsourcing your website saves you time, mental energy, and a lot of second-guessing. Instead of trying to learn everything on your own, you’ll have a site that’s handled with care and supports your work long-term.

Website Process

  • Once all your content and materials are ready, the website process usually takes about 3 weeks. 1 week on the design follow by two rounds of revisions. After that, we’ll wrap up final touches, basic SEO, and schedule a handoff call so you feel confident managing your new site.

  • Once you’ve booked, we’ll start by gathering your content and images. I’ll provide a copy template for you to fill out and guide you through preparing materials. From there, we move into design, revisions, final touches, and a handoff call. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you always know what’s coming next.

  • Your input is important! I’ll present the designs and have you share your thoughts through a feedback form. I want the site to feel like it’s yours, so I encourage you to share any suggestions or ideas along the way. That way we make sure we’re creating something that you’re proud of.

  • I include two rounds of revisions in every project. Each round gives you a few days to review and share feedback. This keeps the project moving efficiently while still giving you space to make sure everything aligns with your vision.

  • Most projects are ready to go live after the second round of revisions. We do our best to get everything polished by then, but if you’d like an extra round, we can do that too, with a small additional fee.

  • Life and work can get busy, and sometimes things come up. If you need to pause, that’s okay. Just know that longer pauses can shift the timeline, and restarting after a long break may require rescheduling.

Content & Copy

  • Most solo therapist websites work well with 5–7 pages, but the exact number depends on how much content you want to share and how we organize it.

Typically, this includes a Home, About, Services, Contact, and an optional FAQ or Resources page. For team practices, or if you offer multiple services, group sessions, or special events, sites can be larger (sometimes 10–15 pages). We’ll create a plan that fits your content naturally while keeping your site approachable and easy to use for clients.

  • I’ll provide a copy template for you to fill out before the project starts. Think back to your sessions — how you talk, how you connect with your clients, and how you want that to show up on your website. The goal is for your site to feel and sound like you.

Once you’ve filled out the template, I’ll review everything to make sure it flows, tells a story, and feels coherent. Your content is important because it guides the design, so the more you share, the more your website will reflect your practice.

  • The most important thing is your filled-out copy template. I’ll also need any images you want on your site. While one good photo is enough to start, professional photos of yourself can help your site feel more personal and inviting.

It’s also helpful to think about the kind of site you want—one that shows who you are and how you connect with clients, or one with a more polished, general feel using stock images.

  • Even one professional photo helps clients feel more comfortable reaching out. You don’t need a full photoshoot to start, but adding a few more over time can make your site feel welcoming and personal.

How It Works

  • Yes! Every website I build on Squarespace is fully responsive, which means it looks and works great on phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

  • Yes! I include basic SEO as part of every website, so your site is structured in a way search engines can understand. This helps your practice be discoverable online. It’s a solid starting point, and I can guide you if you want to grow your SEO later.

  • Absolutely! I’ll walk you through your site in a handoff call so you feel confident making small updates on your own. You’ll learn how to update text and swap images. I can also record video tutorials that you can revisit when needing to edit the site.

  • Yes! I provide 30 days of support after your site goes live for any minor updates or fixes. I’ll also show you how to manage and maintain your site so it stays current. If you’d like ongoing support after that, we can create a plan that works for you.
