Growing up in an Asian culture where mental health wasn't openly talked about, I didn't really understand what therapy was or how it could help. That changed when I tried it myself. Through therapy, I learned how to understand my emotions better, make sense of my thoughts, and feel more at ease with who I am. Each session gave me a new perspective and showed me what it means to feel truly seen and understood.
That experience is what shaped my passion for working with therapists. I know how meaningful this work is, and I care about helping therapists show up online in a way that reflects their values and the care they bring to their clients.
Creating websites for therapists isn't just a job to me. It's fulfilling because I get to combine design, strategy, and something that actually makes a difference.
