Growing up in an Asian culture where mental health wasn’t something we openly talked about, therapy was something I didn’t really understand for a long time.
That changed when I experienced therapy for myself. It helped me better understand my emotions, make sense of my thoughts, and feel more comfortable with who I am. More than anything, it showed me how meaningful it can be to have a space where you feel truly seen and understood.
That experience is what inspired me to work with therapists. I know how much care and intention goes into supporting others, and I wanted to help therapists create websites that reflect the same feeling they offer their clients.
