Growing up in an Asian culture where mental health wasn’t openly talked about, I didn’t fully understand what therapy was or how it could help me. That changed when I decided to try it for myself. Through therapy, I learned how to better understand my emotions, make sense of my thoughts, and feel more at ease with who I am. Each session gave me new perspective and a deeper appreciation for the kind of support that comes from feeling truly seen and understood.
Experiencing that firsthand is what shaped my passion for working with therapists. I know how meaningful this work is, and I care deeply about helping therapists show up online in a way that reflects their values, warmth, and care.
Creating websites for therapists isn’t just a job to me. It’s deeply fulfilling because I get to combine my love for design, user experience, and strategy with something that has real impact.
